FAQ
What types of contracts do you review?
NDAs (mutual and one way), MSAs, consultancy agreements, vendor and service agreements, employment agreements, and statements of work.
Do you negotiate directly with the other side?
We provide the redline and risk summary for you to use. Direct negotiation support is available under our retainer offering.
What will I receive?
A redlined copy of your contract and a plain English risk summary, with each point marked as a material risk, a point to negotiate, or for your information.
Why do you ask for the other party's name first?
A lawyer must check for conflicts of interest before reading your contract. We check the other party first, usually within one business day, and then ask you to upload it.
